What do you do to stay healthy?
We often ask ourselves if our life style is healthy. It seems that the most important things to be in good condition are good diet and vigarous exercise. We should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables because they contain vitamines and minerals which are good for our health. We should avoid fat – buildings sweets ice-cream, coobies or crisps and instead eat more whole – meal bread, low – fest cottage cheese and drink slimmed milk or yoghurt.
If possible, we should eat regulary five times a day and our diet should not only by balanced but also varied. Another important thing for our health is sleep and rest. We should bear in mind that only relaxed living whithout too much pressure and worry have a chance to keep healthy. Very important is sport too. We can do jogging, riding a bike or many similar sport kinds.
