Letter to complain - holiday on Tenerife
Dear Sir or Madam
First of all, according to your leaflet, the hotel was supposed to be a nice, quiet , not very big place, in a short distance to the beach. But the reality was different. Unfortunatelly the hotel was too big, and the distance between the beach and the hotel was one and half kilmetres. To make matters worse the staff was not very kind,. Or maybe it was kind, but it was hard to say anything about it, because nobody came to my room, when I was asking for a new towel.
As if this were not enough I was attempting to find anything Spanish on this Spanish island for about three hours, but everywhere I went , the English couisine was served. I was in several Spanish pubs, and barman had a big asortiment of beers - but only English! Unfortunatelly I went on a holiday on the Spanish island, not the British one, and spending money for something what I have in my home does not make any sense to me.
On top of everything, in your advertisement you promised a coach tour. It was organized, but I am not satisfied with the organization of this tour. It was hard to see something during fifteen minutes - especially when in the program were such places as a vulcano, a desert and a museum.
You can image how dissapointed I am, to have wasted my money on somehing what I can see on Television Set, or I can buy at home. I would like a full or partial refund of my money ( $ 729 ) as soon as possible.
